Yes. The monthly fee applies to both your Evaluation and your Performance Account, for as long as the account is active.
What does a reset do?

What's the difference between Rapid Elite and Rapid Express?
Rapid Elite uses an end-of-day drawdown and a 50% daily consistency rule. Rapid Express uses an intraday trailing drawdown and has no consistency rule. Both have a 9% profit target and a 3% drawdown.
