Payout Request Process
Step one:
Pass the Evaluation account and receive your performance account.
Upon passing an evaluation account you will be emailed a certificate of accomplishment and a new performance account to begin trading on instantly.
Step two:
Pass rules in your Performance Account;
The two rules on a performance account are;
Maintain a consistency of 30%; No single trade makes up greater than 30% of your total profits
Minimum of $250 to request for payout.
Step three:
Upon achieving the 30% consistency and minimum profit of $250 you may use the request payout button on your vanquish dashboard.
NOTE: This window is not visible until you are eligible for a payout.

Why can't I see the option to request a payout?
If you have not achieved a minimum profit of $250 or the 30% consistency you will not be able to request a payout. The request is only visible once the requirements are met.
What happens to my trailing drawdown if I make a request before reaching the buffer limit?
If you make a payout request before achieving the buffer limit your profits will be deducted putting you closer to your loss limit or potentially even breaching it. To avoid jeopardizing your account, it's recommended that you reach the buffer limit before requesting a payout. If you don't, your profits will be reduced and you risk approaching or even exceeding your loss limit.

Do I need an account with rise to get a payout?
Yes, if you are using rise as your preferred payout method you will need an active and verified account with them to be eligible for the payout.
Step five:
Request preferred payout amount, keep in mind requested amount is instantly deducted from balance, make sure all positions are closed out.

What hours can I request payouts?
Payouts can be requested during regular trading hours which are 9:30am EST till 4:00pm EST. This is to ensure the profits are safely deducted from the users trading account.
Can I trade after requesting a payout?
Yes you can trade after requesting a payout, once a payout is requested the amount is deducted from your balance
My balance went down after requesting a payout, why is this?
When you request a payout, the requested amount is deducted from your total account balance.
What happens if I lose my account after requesting a payout?
If you breach the loss limit after requesting a payout the payout will still be processed as long as the payout amount was deducted from the balance. We recommend our traders to be cautious of the amount they request to have paid out and to remember to factor the deduction into their risk management.
Step six:
Receive payout. Pretty instant but can take up to 24-48 hours. Only instance it may take longer is if an exploitive trading practice is detected and your account is under review.

Why is my payout taking over a day?
Payouts can take up to 48 hours to process, all payout requests go through our trader analysis system to make sure the user is not exploiting the system in any way or breaking any rules.
How fast is the normal payout?
We try to process payouts as fast as possible but some may take longer if there is a large amount of requests at that time or if payouts are under potential review which the user will be notified of in the scenario of a review.
Why is my payout under review?
A payout may be under review because the theoretical profitability of the strategy is abnormally high and we may want to evaluate and see if it can be sustained.
Can I make multiple payout requests in a day?
No, you may only request one payout a day on one account. You can not request multiple payouts from a single account or multiple payouts across multiple accounts each day.
I have not received my payout but requested a second payout, why can't I get them?
You are only allowed to request one payout per day, we do not allow multiple daily payout requests.
Can I make multiple payout requests at once?
No, traders are limited to one payout request per day, this is also account wide so if you have multiple accounts you may only request a payout from one of the accounts.
I want to get a payout on two separate accounts, is that possible?
At the moment, no. This may change in the future.
Can you combine my profits from two accounts for one payout?
No, You can only request one payout at a time
