Setting up an Account
To setup an account you will need to purchase a plan. We have 5 different plans for you to choose from.

How to Start Trading
Once you purchase a plan you’ll receive your login credentials immediately after payment and signup via an email from [email protected].
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder. Still can’t find it? Contact [email protected] for assistance.
Logging In to Trading Platform
Use the Trader ID and Password from your welcome email that you received from [email protected] to log into your preferred trading platform.

Also in the email is a link to sign your market data agreement. You will need to fill that out in order to start trading.
Once you complete the above you will be able to trade instantly. There’s no pressure to start trading immediately. You can begin whenever you’re ready, as there’s no time limit to start or pass your evaluation.
Troubleshooting/FAQ
When does the evaluation start?
Your evaluation begins immediately after payment. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with your Trader ID and Password to access your Trade Manager (3. On the email).
This email will also include a link to the Market Data Agreement (4. On the email), which you must sign to start trading. After completing this step, you’re ready to begin trading.
I don’t see any market data in my account. What happened?
Market data will not populate unless the Market Data Agreement is signed. Refer back to the welcome email and click the provided link to complete this step.
Where do I sign the Market Data Agreement?
A link to sign the Market Data Agreement is included in your welcome email. Once signed, your account will activate market data, allowing you to begin trading.
Why do I have two login credentials?
You’ll receive two separate login credentials for different purposes:
Vanquish Website Login: Created during signup. This is used to manage your dashboard, purchase account plans, resets, and apply reset credits.
Trade Manager Login: Sent to you in the welcome email after payment. These credentials (Trader ID and Password) are used to access the trading platforms and begin your evaluation or performance trading.
What happens when my account renews? Will I get a free reset?
When your account subscription renews:
If the account is active, it will remain enabled for continued trading.
If the account was previously disabled, it will automatically reactivate.
However, account renewal does not include a free reset. If you need a reset, you can purchase it separately from your dashboard.
What is the age requirement to sign up?
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for an evaluation or funded account.
How many accounts can I have?
You are allowed to hold up to:

This gives you the flexibility to trade across different account types.
I’m logged in but don’t have market data. What should I do?
If market data isn’t displaying, it’s likely because the Market Data Agreement hasn’t been signed. Go back to your welcome email and click the provided link to complete this essential step.
